Let’s Rethink Connectivity - Moxa’s Global Distributor Summit 2017

Every three years, Moxa hosts a conference gathering hundreds of international partners to share its strategic vision and discuss key market orientations.
For this edition held in Lisbon, Portugal, the summit motto was “Let’s rethink connectivity”, it covered topics from success cases to focuses on the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and market trends setting the path for the years to come.

 
One of the most impressive portion of the event was the Tech Fair which covers state-of-the-art technologies and solutions through live demos and products displays for various topics such as Smart Grid and Smart Rail, industrial network infrastructure, industrial computing and industrial edge connectivity.

It was also the opportunity for Moxa with its Tech Fair, to showcase the results of its partnership with ARC Informatique. PcVue SCADA was featured on various platforms for both mobility and IIoT applications. The goal was to demonstrate how to use connectivity software’s from Moxa in between SCADA and edge devices to simplify IIoT application integration.

This year Moxa celebrates 30 years in the market and more than 50 million connected devices. So why “rethink connectivity”? The simple answer is: Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).
